Monthly Subscription

By subscribing to the Gordano Rotary Portishead Club monthly plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Subscription Overview

This subscription covers your regular membership. This funds the club's operations and our various charitable community projects.

2. Payment Terms

• Frequency: Your payment method will be charged automatically once per month (or yearly as per your choice).
• Currency: All transactions are processed in GBP (£).
• Billing Date: Your first payment will be processed today, and subsequent payments will occur on the same day each month.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

We aim for flexibility, but as a volunteer-led organization, we appreciate advance notice:

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting the Club Treasurer.
• Notice Period: To avoid being charged for the following month, please cancel at least 5 business days before your next billing date.
• Refunds: Subscription payments are generally non-refundable as they are immediately allocated to club commitments and charitable causes.

4. Club Participation

Membership is subject to the bylaws of the Gordano Rotary Portishead Club and Rotary International. The club reserves the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions if a member no longer meets the club’s code of conduct or membership requirements.

5. Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We will only use your personal data to manage your subscription and keep you informed about club activities. We will never sell your data to third parties.

6. Changes to Terms

The Gordano Rotary Portishead Club reserves the right to modify these terms or adjust subscription rates with at least 30 days' notice to all active subscribers.
