One-Off Products & Events

By purchasing a product or registering for an event through the Gordano Rotary Portishead Club website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Transaction Overview

These terms apply to individual purchases, including but not limited to event tickets, club merchandise, and one-off donations. Each purchase supports the club's charitable community projects.

2. Payment & Delivery

• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase via our secure checkout.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in GBP (£).
• Product Delivery: Physical goods will be dispatched or made available for collection as specified in the product description.

3. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

As a volunteer-led organization, our refund policy is designed to protect the funds committed to our charitable work:

• Event Tickets: Tickets are generally non-refundable. However, if you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying the Event Coordinator at least 48 hours before the event.
• Physical Products: If a product is faulty or damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
• Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the Club cancels an event, a full refund or credit for a future event will be offered.

4. Event Participation

Attendance at club events is subject to the Gordano Rotary Portishead Club code of conduct. The club reserves the right to refuse entry or ask individuals to leave an event if they fail to comply with safety regulations or behave in a manner detrimental to the club’s values.

5. Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We use your personal data specifically to fulfill your order or manage your event registration. We will never sell your data to third parties, and your payment details are handled by secure, encrypted processors.

6. Changes to Terms

The Gordano Rotary Portishead Club reserves the right to modify these terms or update product pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.
